Founded in 1986, Northern Machining employs a workforce of 10 in a 7000 square foot facility which includes a loading dock and 5 ton crane. We serve local areas such as Plattsburgh NY, Rochester NY, Watertown NY, Syracuse NY, Albany NY and surrounding states Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, and also extend our services Nationally and Globally. We specialize in Computer Numerical Control or, CNC Turning, CNC Milling, Super Finishing, Welding and Fabrication, Grinding, Inspecting, Multi-Tasking Machining, Contract Manufacturing and Engineering.

Our skilled technicians typically work a steady eight hour shift, but when our workload is high, or deadlines need to be met, we work a second shift to meet our client’s needs and demand. To ensure we provide the highest level of service and a superior product, a shop foreman is appointed to inspect the craftsmanship of all the work being done in the manufacturing process.
We not only can meet virtually any machining demand, but Northern Machining also has the capability to fabricate weldments, and can supply CAD drawings for various engineering projects. To expedite turnaround times in the manufacturing market we have invested in multiple CNC Lathes, and CNC Mills, and have Multi-Tasking capabilities for reduced cost and accuracy.
